UC540 Beeping calls

Hi,

We are having a problem with a phone system we manage. The device is a UC540, which has approximately 16 phones attached. Periodically there are received phone calls which generate a recurring beeping noise. There is nobody calling, it just appears to be a beeping noise, what is causing this I'm unsure. Can you please advise if this is a problem that you have come across before? 

 

We have talked to the service providers and they have tested and confirmed there are no problems on the line.

hi adrian, the UC540 is EOL do you have an existing smartnet contact they might be able to help you with the issue. I would suggest looking into a replacement model for the device.
