Hi,
We have a strange problem, where calls from the outside (Incoming on a FXO port), does not have a Transfer option, thus the person answering the call cannot forward it to another user?
Does anyone know how to troubleshoot or point us in the right direction?
Note: I may be mistaken, but this seems to have happened when we change from 3 digit extentions to 4 digits?
Many thanks
Pierre

Hello
I too have run into this problem. If I recall correctly it has something to do with Key System vs PBX mode. If you go into the Incoming Dial Plan section of CCA and look at your FXO ports, are they pointing to CO Line Keys? I would try assigning them to ring a particular user phone or hunt group pilot number and then see if the transfer shows up.
If they still do not show up, then a phone reset may be needed.
Please let me know how it goes.
Thank you.

Thanks JeliasonCisco,
That was indeed the issue - all good now.
Much appreciated.
Kind regards
