I am attempting to record a prompt but the recording is cutting out the silence between words and it sounds like it is played in fast forward? Any reason it's doing this?
Its the latest version of CUE I just updated the system a couple of weeks ago. I was recording from a user telephone a SPA 525g2. The best way to describe what it is doing is lets say you record a greeting then edit out all of the silence between words then play it back thats what its doing.
I dont have a SPA525g2 handy to try, but I have done this with 7900 series phone, without issue. Can you confirm the behavior on other phone models. That will help us narrow this down.
