UC560 AA SIMPLE PROBLEM

I have configured two AA on a UC560.

1. AA-1 for calls from PSTN with 2 FXO ports.I call no. from PSTN, answer the AA-1, I choose an option of extension and the call is transferred, working ok.

Boht in (CME and CUE) the dtmf setting is same "rtp-nte" or "sip-notify" working ok.

2. AA-2 TRK SIP calls over the LAN.I call no. from SIP TRK, answer the AA-2, I choose an option of extension but does nothing and then disconnects.
