Just wondering if anyone else has experienced a bug in the BACD where you have to erase all BACD info and rebuild everytime you make changes or am I doing something wrong?
I tried adding members to an existing working BACD hunt group. It immediately stopped the pre-existing members from logging in or taking calls and turned on the two new additions.
To get it going again I had to delete the BACD entry completely and rebuild it all at once.
I'm running a UC560 version 8.2 on with PRI and cca 3.1.
