We have a UC560 with SPA525G phones with sidecars running the latest softpack.
When the operator parks a call and then pages the intended recipient's phone, the SPA525G locks up requiring a powercycle to clear.
This is happening on at least 3 different SPA525G phones. The park locations are programmed on the buttons of the sidecar for ease of access by the end users. There is seldom ever more than 2 parked calls at any given time. I have 3 locations for parked calls available. The issue is repeatable and occurs multiple times throughout the day.
Any suggestions for a resolution would be greatly appreciated.
