Hello,
I got a new client with a UC560, asking to get me to give him a quick crash course on uc500.The system was configured only in CLI. Any chance we will mess it up, if he change anything in CCA 3,1?
Thanks for your help.

Hello,
If the unit was configured with CLI, CCA will likely not react well with the config. CCA will likely either not open, or it is very possible that any changes made in CCA will over-write some of the CLI settings.
Thank you,
Darren

I got the exactly same issue. The UC560 was configured using CLI before, how can we configure it with CCA properly? The CCA doesn't open now. Do we need to set system to factory default the re-configure everything using CCA?
Thanks very much!

Yes a factory reset is the only way to get the system configured using CCA to ensure there are no conflicts.

Thanks very much Mario.
Is there any Cisco Doc for this? Antoher Cisco partner implemented UC560 for the customer using CLI. They need to use CCA now, since TAC supports CCA only. If factory reset is the only way, I have to explain it to the customer.

Show the customer the web GUIs
CME (if default): 10.1.10.2/CCME.html
CUE (if default): 10.1.10.1
Usually this is plenty for my customers
