We deployed a UC560 without any issues -- everything working beautifully.
IOS 15.1
CCA 3.2(3)
I realized I still had the default passwords for login/etc.
I logged into CCA and updated all the passwords, and added an additional admin account.
Everything was set to the same password except for the enable password.
Now, CCA fails to connect claiming it does not have TELNET password.
I have no problem getting into the UC560 via http, telnet or serial console. Passwords all work. I can issue all level 15 commands on the web interface or telnet.
I tried resetting them all back to the default cisco/cisco, but that did not work.
Please help.

Maybe this will help.
you can confirm your case by doing.
-> login uc560 console and 'debug ssl open err'
-> launch the CCA and try login
-> if you see some SSL error on console.then you are facing the certificate issue. to fix that issue.
-> UC500(config)#cry pki en TP-self-signed-1493655880(your self signed certificate name)
% Include the router serial number in the subject name? [yes/no]:no
000696: Apr 19 18:09:47.399: %CRYPTO-6-AUTOGEN: Generated new 512 bit key pair%
Include an IP address in the subject name? [no]:
Generate Self Signed Router Certificate? [yes/no]: yes
launch the CCA and login will be fine.
