I need a cicso tech that can help log in to my phone system, look at the logs and tell me what is wrong. Phone support is gone now and i need help. Is this possible

Could you please explain more about this issue?
Your UC560 reload itself and then your phone stuck at registration and you need to reset it, inorder to make it work?
Also, please share more details about the phone model and if possible, provide "show run" from UC560.

My UC560 loses it's connection then all of our phones go down. I have to unplug it and plug it back in to get it reset and reconnect. So far today we have only had about 2 hours straight of call time. We use SPA 540, SPA525, and 7975 model phones here and they all react in the same way
