I installed a UC560 around Dec/2011 with an E1 trunk provided by Telmex (Mexico's incumbent Operator). I followed the manual instructions to get it up and running. All went fine until I had to start mapping the DIDs to extensions via the CCA (3.1). CCA ommits the "direct-inward-dial" command and shuts down the created dial-peer.
Thanks to a local Cisco resource, we found the problem and a simple workaround; first create the mapping with CCA and then in CLI:
# dial-peer voice XXXX pots
# no shutdown
# direct-inward-dial
Where XXXX is the label that the CCA created for the mapping.
I tried to add another DID map with CCA 3.2, but the bug is still there. Does anyone know if this will ever be fixed?
