UC560 + User option + Speed Dials + Office Manager

I have a new UC560 and I want to allow users to modify their own speed dial buttons on there 7931G phone's. From what I've read, the UC560 doesn't offers the "Cisco Unified Communications Manager User Options" web page. Instead user need to use a program called Office Manager.

But I don't think the clients going to like this option for 60+ users. (https://supportforums.cisco.com/message/3286019#3286019)

I read the 7931G manual (http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cuipph/7931g/8_6/english/user_guide/31usrop.html#wp1005969) But it doesn't look like you can modify them from on phone.

I also read the Office Manager manual (https://supportforums.cisco.com/docs/DOC-14804) and it looks like this software will allow users to modify speed dials, which I don't want to install on 60+ PC and no one want's to manage them. With that being said, does anyone have an easy solution to allow users to modify there own speed dials.  I found an article discuss "Speed Dial Buttons & Abbreviated Dial".......

Worst case, I always could do each phone manually in.

User/Extensions (select the user),  click Edit, then choose Speed Dial Tab (Lower left).

You can edit speed dials directly on the phone from the CME Services menu. FYI though -- speed dials do not give you presence information. (watch/monitor buttons have to be configured for that)
