Hi, I'm installing an UC560, i'm already install the voicemail feature, but when i'm dialing an extension (p.e. 123) the voicemail doesn't work, but when i'm dialing the external number (p.e. 4323, the external number of 123 extension) the voice mail works fine.
If i try to configure the voice mail typing 123, the UC560 answer "This is not the primary extension" and if y typing 4323 the uc560 let me configre tue VM.
Please Help!!!
