UC560 with 8.6 + 7945 phone + Extreme switch not working

Hi,

My system setup is as below.

1. UC560 with 8.6 software and whatever phone firmware came with it.

2. Cisco 7945 with boot load file ID: tnp45.8-3-1-21a.bin, load file: SCCP45.9-0-2SR2S

3. The extreme switch with LLDP-MED turned on. Port setup vlan 32(voice) tagged and vlan 11(data) untagged.

Issue:

With the current setup, my phone is not getting an IP address from the DHCP. The desktop connected to the PC port behind the phone works fine.

How do I resolve this issue? Google search has not revealed much.

7945G with firmware 8-3-3 or later support LLDP-MED, please make sure the port configured as a trunk port with native vlan 11(untag) and voice vlan 32(tagging), if you still see the same issue please contact Extrem switch support, there must be severtal solution to support voice/data scenario.
