I am not a cisco guy... im needing help with the AA on a UC560.. the changes i've made to the scripts dont seem to be taking affect when i put them in place.. i've tried to use just the web interface but it lacks all the features of the cca.. when i go to use that it throws the whole system in a spin.. im in missouri does anyone know of anyone who can train me on it??
