I will let to have both my Cisco IP phone to ring as well as my Blackberry. I would then like to use my Blackbery to transfer a call to another extension

Please adive is I can do this out of the box with the UC560

You cannot do this. The Single Number Reach function does not allow you to transfer to an internal extension from the SNR targe (BB).
