update cue to Spanish

Hello, I tried to update the CUE of a UC-520. I downloaded the file from this web UC520-7.1.3-EA.zip 2, but I can not accept the Spanish language "cue-vm-en_US-langpack.ise.7.0.3.prt1.
Can anyone help me?
