Voice-mail Notification Stopped

Hello,

Our Voice-mail email notification has stopped working.

If I go into the CUE web-interface and generate a test email it works but users are not getting notified when VMs are received.

I have checked the emails and settings via the CCA.

Is there anything else I can do to debug this issue?

Thanks for the information,

I applied the latest SoftwarePack for the UC IOS and the CUE software and the notification started working correctly.
