Where dial plan sets?

Why you isn't provide tools or feature set in firmware for customize dial plan???

It must be troubles of your customers?

Hi Efim,

By default UC320 supports dial plan based on the country region you select.These dial plan are non-editable

Example:Go to configuration-->Region-->select the country from dropdown list.

then select the dial plan digits and timezone.

Feature not available for customize dial plan.The only way to control what goes through which trunk is through steering digits.
