I am trying to setup an ACD that will do the following:
call comes in main line -> autoattendant -> press 1 -> longest peer idle hunt group (queue 1) -> -> longest peer idle hunt group (queue 2) -> longest peer idle hunt group (overflow queue). Every X seconds the caller should get a prompt to press 1 for voicemail or press 2 for a different voicemail or do nothing to remain in the queue.
Also trying to make a softbutton to allow people to log in and out of the three different queues from their phones.
Also looking for a way to check the two seperate voicemails from one of the line buttons (with envelope notification).
any feedback/help with this will be greatly appreciated

Hi John,
This document describes the extent of what our current B-ACD implementation can do, including General Delivery Mailbox access:

Thanks,
