Cannot add a site. Receive message "Please Check the Device Status"

Hello there,

I am testing out the provisioning manager and have come across a spot where I need some help.

Under Sites and the usage profiles i try and click on "Deploy Site"

and it gives me a message "Please check the device status"

not sure what i need to be checking
