I can't seem configure the spa500s expansion module attached to a SPA525g or SPA509g with the UC540. When try to add a phone, the expansion module is greyed out. When i add the phone using the telephony wizard, there simply is no option for the expansion module. I'm running Cisco configuration assistant 2.2.5 and I I have the latest phone loads for the SPA500 series. I noticed others experienced the same problem but there were no resolutions posted. Can someone help? Truly appreciate it!!!
