I cannot get my phone to factory reset. None of the passwords i try work and i cannot create a new password. I need help.

Tried that, it doesn't work, i need a password and none of the passwords i've tried work.

You need wireshark installed on your computer, connect the pone directly to your network card. Analyze the files the pone are asking, Then install a tftp server/dhcp server (tftpd32.323) use the same ip addrees and provide fake files.  Read post above. I hope it will help. You have to fake the phone and provide dhcp options, and option 150. Option 150 indicates the tftp server to tour phone. You should user this specific version .tftpd32.323
