Hello,
I have a UC540. I have received reports from users that on occassion messages that are being email out contain no audio.
I don't know where to being diagnosing this. I can see voicemail messages being dispatched through our mail server.

Start asking, if the corresponding message on VM system, has audio or not.
In any case, a good practice is, update software, then check again.
