Hi,
I have an SPA303 and for some reason whenever I pickup the handset to make a call or answer the phone, the handset is silent and I cannot hear anything - although they can hear me. If I remove the cable from the handset and plug it back in, I can then hear them / the dialtone. Wriggling the cable has no effect, it is only when the cable is removed and plugged back in when things work again.
Does anyone have any ideas why this is happening / how to fix it?
