Hello Everyone,
I've set my PBX server to auto answer intercom calls on all of my Cisco SPA525G2 phones and it works great...until we connect a Bluetooth headset. Without the Bluetooth headset, an intercom call is automatically answered on the SPA525G2's speakerphone (which is what I want). However, when a Bluetooth headset is paired and used on the SPA525G2 phone, then intercom calls are automatically answered on the Bluetooth headset. Most of my associates remove their Bluetooth headsets after they have completed their calls and it's impossible to hear an intercom call through the Bluetooth headset's speaker, so you can see my dilemma. Is there anyway to have auto answered intercom calls permanently default to the SPA525G2's speaker phone? Any help is always appreciated!
Here is some info on one of my SPA525G2 phones:
Product Name: SPA525G2
Software Version: 7.5.5
Hardware Version: 2.1.1
Bluetooth Status: VXi B250-XT+ ver D (Blue Parrott B250-XT+) -- connected
Bluetooth Mode: Phone

No, I never found a solution and unfortunately the problem still exists.

Yeah, I never found a good solution either for the 9900s other than manual intervention. It seems like a useless setting in the Intercom configuration because it doesn't actually get enforced and is entirely based on the end users last selection.
This is what I got from TAC:
"I tested on my lab with different versions and phone models (using a regular headset) and did more research and that is the default behavior. So even if you configure “auto answer with speakerphone”, if you select the “headset” key on the phone then that will overwrite the setting on the CUCM. The user would have to push the “speaker” button on the phone again so that auto-answer to speakerphone will kick in again.
So that is in fact working-as-designed."
