How to debug B-ACD issues?

Hi,

I have a UC520 with a B-ACD group configured with CCA 2.2.1.  When you call the pilot, you receive dead air then a busy signal after a bit.  I've done some debugging, and the correct dial-peer is being reached.  What debug commands can I use to get more information?  I have deleted the entire B-ACD config from CCA and removed the scripts in flash.  I also cleaned up the config by hand because CCA left a couple of ephone-dns behind.  After cleaning, I rebooted, and then configured from scratch.  CCA uploaded the scripts first of couse.  Still didn't help.

Any thoughts?
