MOH Static

                   Hello, is there anyway to fix the loud static on the default internal MOH on the UC500 systems.  It doesnt happen with external devices, only with the internal music, after about a minute on hold I can hear a loud static sound and then it goes away.

Hello Mark,

If you have the software pack you may find the file named music-on-hold.au in the support files/media sub folder in the software pack please extract it from there and listen to it on the PC.

If it is fine please delete the old one which is in media folder of the flash: on the UC and upload the one from the software pack using CCA file manager or TFTP server if you are using CLI.
