Hi,

i have a CIPC 8.6.4.0 on a UC 500.

Some weeks ago i did some test and succeed to test calls.

Today i'd like to have it under production and openned it again to have a last test before installing on my co-workers and now i have "registering" turning for some time then stop, then turn again...

I did a "debug ephone register mac-address ..." and a "debug tftp events".

Here is what i get, quite nothing about registering !!

My ephone :

ephone  24
 device-security-mode none
 mac-address 101F.74F3.4D02
 ephone-template 16
 username "testxxx" password xxxxxx
 type CIPC
 button  1:287

And here are the debugs

FYI : i openned a case with TAC, they do not found anything.

I've to reload the UC500 first.

I'll to that and keep you updated

As promised, here is an update : i had to upgrade to last IOS/CME and then all is ok.

CIPC v8 seems to have problem with "old" IOS/CME version

HTH !
