I am doing a UC540 install and trying to figure out how to define a customize schdule for a particular VM subscriber, there is one or two schdules in CCA 3.2 which can be customized but im unable to find how to apply these schdules to a vm subscriber, you get an option to change them for auto attendent but not for Vm subscribers, i also tried to look option under CUE web interface but no luck. Any body has idea how to do this ?

Hello Satish,
You may try to change the prompts for different occasions when you use the CUE web GUI under voicemail->mailboxes-> select an user and choose -> greetings tab.
There you may change and use different greetings.
This cannot be accomplished with CCA.

Thanks Alex... That is just std and closed greeting ... I am looking to apply a customized schedule to a vm user

Hello Satish,
Currently there is no customized schedule for particular vm users. You may select the duration until greeting is active for the specific greeting also may apply different types of greetings for busy, alternate, holiday etc, but no dedicated schedule.

Just an FYI -- Alexander is right, however you could make a custom CUE script to do a schedule based message, and simply transfer to the mailbox afterwards.
So, AA day/night message -> brief voicemail greeting -> leave message
Not a great solution, but if it is a business requirement it should do the trick.
The only other option would be to use night-service and dual-mailboxes.
