Can you use a SPA 112 as a extender for an analog line?

UTP cable length must not exceed 100m while analog line can take few kilometers (based on conditions). What you mean "extend analog line by SPA112" ?
Moreover, SPA112 have FXS ports only, no FXO - you can't connect POTS line from PBX to it.
