     Hi

I have a cisco spa303 and it is showing S.O.S phone in recovery mode. It is a brand new phone. Please advise.

Also, I need new ring tones on the phones, how can I do it. When I open the web interface for the phone it does not allow me to go in the admin , it is connected to a UC320w. Please assist.

Hi Deepak,

You can go to this link Click here . Dowload the latest firmware and double click the recovery.exe file which installs the firmware to the device and you would be good to go.

I have tried this several times. Software finds the phone for a few times only but the recovery process does not go through. I have disabled the firewall and antivirus on the PC but still there is no luck.

Please assist.
