I am trying to have my 500S attendant connected to a 504g phone call a 10 digit number, wait four seconds and then dial 4 more digits. I am new to IP Phones and would appreciate any help out there. The speed dial cli I am using is this: "fnc=sd;ext=xxxxxxxxxx@$PROXY;vid=2;nme=Alan Office". xxxxxxxxxx of course is the external number being dialed. I now need it to wait 4 seconds and dial 2230 for an extension.
