I have a cisco SPA504G with a 32 button attendant console. I need help reprogramming the 32 buttons because I have old numbers programmed in them and I would like to update some and unused other buttons.
I have not been able to find any tutorial on youtube or manual on how to reprogram those buttons, and I do not know if I need some sort of software, account login or do it manually to update those numbers.
My boss has been asking me to work on this for quiet some time and all I get are dead ends. I really need help on this issue and appreciate any help I can get.
I have provided a picture of my phone system just in case any of you, can visually understand what I am trying to do. The people that are on those dial pads are no longer with us and their number is programmed in the buttons so I am trying to change those programmed numbers and input new ones.

SPA phones are supported in the SMB section of CSC, you probably want to move this.

It somewhat helps but I don't know what a LAN port is or what CD or DVD software I need to have the Cisco Unity Express Administration window
I don't have any previous notes from the past people who used to work at the office and I just need to know what software I need in order to do this, or how I can reset the username and password for the cisco unity express administration.
How can I get the Cisco Unity Express???

Do you know your cme version?
call unity express is your voice mail. Call manager express is where you would configure the phones.
To access the cme, you browse to the IP address of the cme.
i would recommend calling your vendor that installed the system to help out and get you started.
