I get "Failed to Obtain WebVPN Cookie" error on a SPA525g, but I can connect and VPN via web browers or anyconnect client. Any ideas?

Thanks John, I tried that a few times with same result. I can browse to the webportal and login through it, and using the anyconnect client on my PC.
is there something on the phone I need to clear or reset? I've tried resetting to factory default with same result

Hello Gary,
If you run the following command do you even see the phone connected?
show webvpn session context all
If so, what do you see when you run the following debug?
debug tftp events
debug tftp packets
You are testing the SSLVPN phone from the same network that you can connect to the web interface on?
Before you can access the internet do you have any internal web portals that you have to authenticate to or accept an acceptable use agreement on?
