SPA525g new firmware 7.5.7... poor call quality

Hi

 

Just upgraded firmware on 4 end user phone to 7.5.7bt.   All users reporting poor call quality and 3rd party claim calls are choppy.

 

No other changes have been made.

 

Can we downgrade back to 7.5.6 - that's what we had before.

Yes, it should be possible, despite there is nothing like  "list of allowed downgrades" documented. SO of it will brick the phone (it shouldn't) you are on your own.

Call official Cisco support if you wish for more authoritative response.

Note, you are provided little or no details related to the issue itself. So even we are curious, we have no idea if you encountered quality issues with calls using particular codec or calls (not) routed over BT, or calls with XXX or ...
