I have been trying to install any connect 2.5 on a uc540 with my laptop and keep receiving "error in copying package file". I'm on win 7. Latest cca. Uac and firewall disabled. I can ping all uc interfaces and have disable all other nics on the laptop. I'm able to upload a file through file management in cca but not In the sslvpn install section. Any help is appreciated.

The only time i've seen that error occuring is when the flash is too full and no more directories can be added. Try deleting some unncessary info from flash. (If you are using CDR it can cause it to fill up).
In the case of CDR delete older CDR files. Then see if you are able to install the package via CCA.

You may look into the CCA logs in your C drive under the Cisco directory to see why its failing.
Make sure you are using: anyconnect-win-2.5.6005-k9.pkg
You can also try installling from another PC to see if that is causing the issue.
Lastly I would ensure there is a CCA.xml file in NVRAM: dir nvram:

Trent that did the trick.. Thank you.. That didn't even occur to me since i was able to use file management to upload the same file to flash.. Apparently the SSLVPN wizard is a little more particular space. Thanks again..
