My customer has a couple of SPA-525 phones that routinely will go to speakerphone when the handset is picked up. If you push the speakerphone button to turn off the speakerphone then the call is disconnected instead of being switched to the handset. It is driving my customer nuts. They were one firmware revision behind but I just updated it this morning for them. I don't know if that will help the problem or not. Has anyone else run into this before? I have no idea where to start. It should be worth noting that both of these phones are wireless.

Are they running a SIP trunk?

No. They just have a total of 3 analog lines and 4 phones total. This is about as simple as it gets.

Hi Mike,
Are you running 2.1.1(7) firmware file?

Actually we are running 2.1.2 (1). In the other forum a tech suggested we factory reset the handset and remove it from the UC320 completely. Then put it all back in again so it comes up fresh. We are doing that now.
