UC500 admin password recovery (with No Password-Recovery service enabled)

I have accidentally lost record of the admin password for a UC500, and I am unable to reset the admin password through the console - apparently No Password-Recovery (http://goo.gl/CtEwW) is enabled:

line con 0

  no modem enable

Do I have any recovery option outside of factory-resetting the UC500 and restoring config from backup?

Furthermore, the only documented factory reset methods I have found require console access. Is there a way to factory reset w/out console?
