Please can you advise. One of my clients incoming calls goes to an 8 member Hunt Group. The client suspects that someone in the Hunt Group is using the logout button on their phone when they are still supposed to be logged in to it. I know that i can disable the logout button through the phone template but the customer would like memnbers to be able to log out of the hunt group when the take their lunch. Is there a way to monitor or alert when members are logging in and out of the hunt group ?
