Hi ,
Leased line( WAN tech.) is nothing but permanent path to reach the destination. It is a dedicated line which has a bandwidth limit of 1 Mb in your case.
Telecom personal will take care of these
leased lines and ISDN lines.
Usually the setup will be as follows for leased line.
RTR A(Seraill)--V35 modem -----G703modem (local exchange) -------------G703 modem (remote exchange)--------V35 modem ---(serial)RTRB.
Most of the organization will use either leased line or ISDN as a back up for the primary leased line.
Thanks,
Satish

thank you very much smothuku. if i have a router & modem, i think my modem was configured as cpe. If my 2801 router had an internal modem -if that is possible, i would not have the use for the modem and dtu? Many more thanks in advance.
