Can a Cisco 831 router configured as a Remote Access using pre-share key? i.e.
Cisco VPN client <-> (Internet) <-> Cisco 831 Router. The end point is a laptop with Cisco VPN client; the other end is the 831.
Can this be done?

Yes, but it's limited to 5 users.
