Access ASA that is behind a vpn tunnel and other network devices from behind another asa connected to same vpn

I have an issue with accessing other asa's and network equipment from behind an asa that is connected to the network i need to access via vpn.  I have the asa able to access the network but for some reason am not able to.  Anyone have a solution?

access-lists on asa permit traffic from destination network to vpn network?

traffic from destination to vpn network present int nat 0 alc?

I am having the same issue. Please explain your recommendation in greater detail.
I do not know what you mean by alc (acl?) also would appreciate more details.

Yes, i mean nat 0 access-list.

same-security-traffic permit intra-interface present in your config?
