I have an issue if I try to add a mapping on my ACS box to generic ldap it fails after 4 minutes. I changed the server timeout on the ACS to 5mins(also 7mins) and it still times out after 4mins (is the server timeout just for authenticating user accounts or for all communication back and forth). Is there another setting on the ACS that I can change? Is there a minimum and maximum amount of seconds that the ACS will check ldap?
I can map directly to certain OU's but when I try the whole ldap it times out. I know the ldap is large but I need to map more than one group at this point in time.
Any ideas?
