We have ACS 5.1 running in. I have scheduled backups on it through GUI. However, I realized that scheduled backup doesn't work at all though manual backup from GUI works fine and saves file on configured FTP server/path. So that means there is nothing blocked in between and FTP credentials also not a problem as well.
One more observation - We have a firewall in between ACS and FTP server. I could see successful hits on firewall whenever I start manual backup from GUI but see no hits during scheduled backup. I think ACS is not initiating backup at scheduled day and time for some reason.
Any help and suggestion to resolve this is greatly appreaciated.
