does the configuration goes active/running the moment changes are made through the GUI

or

They become active only when 'save needed' is pressed.

Vijay,

the configurations are active once you update them on the concentrator.. save is needed to put it on the NVRAM, which restores the config, even if the device is restarted.... but once u configure and confirm the confirm, its ON.
