Dears,
i have configured anyconnect on my asa and it is working fine , but i cannot manage the ASA it self from VPN session , any ideas

This is possible with the help of "management-access" command. Please refer to the following doc:-
http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/security/asa/asa82/configuration/guide/config/access_management.html#wp1064497
Make sure you have correct nat-exempt and split-tunnel access-list for the traffic destined to ASA interface.
