Hi all,
We have an ASA v9 working as Remote Access VPN concentrator , the users (We have more than 2000 users) connect just fine.
We have configured time-range (Working_hours) policy to allow connections only on a specific time range and it’s working fine..
Can we change the message when user initiates a connection before and after that period of time? Right now, there is "the vpn fails to connect", as if the username/password are bad and that generates a confusion.

You can customize the message to any text you want, but it will not be limited to a condition where user accesses this outside of the time-range. There is not specific error message for that condition that you can customize. I would suggest expanding that generic error message to a more detailed one (detailing your time criterion) using the "Anyconnect GUI Text and Messages" section in the ASDM.
