Hi,
using AnyConnect 3.0.3 and ASA (version 8.4.2) sometimes there are authentication errors (see below). Unfortunately I cannot find hints on cisco's documentation. The asa also means 'no info available on this syslog id'. What could be the reason???
%ASA-vpn-4-750003: Local:bfzrasa_extern:500 Remote:<ip-address>:2692 Username:Unknown Negotiation aborted due to ERROR: Failed to receive the AUTH msg before the timer expired
%ASA-vpn-4-750003: Local:bfzrasa_extern:4500 Remote:<ip-address>:2718 Username:Unknown Negotiation aborted due to ERROR: Failed to receive the AUTH msg before the timer expired

Have you tried connecting via IP instead of fqdn?
