We do this with the "Always On" feature and making sure to un-select Allow VPN Disconnect.

That was very helpful. On the DNS settings, when the user logs into the network locally and depending on which office or part of the country they are located, do I need to list all possible DNS servers in the company for this to work as designed? We don't want users in NJ have to connect to the VPN because their DNS IP addresses are different than those in MO.
