Hi!
AnyConnect Client 3.1.14018 on Windows 7 SP1 (fully patched). We can initially connect to remote site (ASA 5505), but randomly after very short time period Client ... "reconnecting" and no more connection. No error or whatsoever, just show "reconnecting". When to disconnect and connect again then same happen – after a while (btw. – initial connecting is always ok) connection is dropped and "reconnecting". Reinstalled Client, no help. From another computer connecting to this remote site via Client ... ok. So, something on this particular computer. Nothing special installed, can't notice.
We can connect to this computer remotely (using TeamViewer), no problem, no connection dropped etc., we can connect to internet from this computer, no problem.
Any ideas?
More thanks, Alar.

Mh. I was looking around since yesterday ... now, as soon I switched off F-Secure firewall (just to try as a option to try of), Client does not drop connection anymore. Odd, F-Secure was there before, same version (12.0), Client did work ok.

Hello Alar Pandis ,
from the sound of things it looks like DTLS is blocked in the transit path , turning the DTLS off on the ASA could be a workaround but such issues have nothing to do with the configuration on ASA but the issues itself lies within the transit path . Just to confirm that DTLS is causing a problem can you please follow the below article and see if we are experiencing similar issues .
AnyConnect Client Reconnects Every Minute Which Causes a Disruption in Traffic Flow
Hope that helps.
Thanks
